Job Summary

A financial and banking institution has a current position open for a Remote Home Equity Processor II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing submitted documentation to ensure compliance with bank requirements
• Follow ingup and review routine documentation requirements
• Completing review within department standards

Required Skills:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-3 year mortgage/home equity processing experience
• Knowledge of DTI and LTV ratios with ability to decipher loan documentation and related reports and/or websites
• Ability to handle high volume work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter and comfortable functioning as a team player
• Goal oriented and successful at meeting deadlines
