A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Home Equity Underwriter I in Cincinnati.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Underwriting the suite of unsecured products
• Ensuring material information captured in the application is accurate at time of review
• Proactively suggesting program alternatives within their product capabilities for customers

Required Skills:

• 2 years Mortgage or equity processing or junior underwriting experience in a lending institution
• Experience using Automated Underwriting Systems
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate complex income documentation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel
• Self-directed with excellent time management skills
