A financial services has an open position for a Remote Home Equity Underwriter II.

Must be able to:

• Determine loan eligibility
• Ensure file documentation requirements are met
• Prepare loan decision letters

Position Requirements Include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years prior Mortgage experience
• Practical knowledge from combined education and experience
• 2 - 3 yrs Mortgage or consumer lending industry
• Knowledge of Bank’s lending policies and procedures
• Good organizational skills
