Job Summary

An eCommerce retailer of home products is filling a position for a Remote Home Furnishings Customer Feedback Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Quickly and thoroughly addressing customers’ feedback and concerns
  • Working with customers to resolve any difficulties or complaints
  • Responding to post-purchase customer reviews and surveys

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2 years of customer support, retention or escalation experience
  • Comfortable diffusing negative feedback with strong resolution and positive redirection skills
  • Ability to recognize and understand customer sentiment
  • Experience handling a high volume of customer inquiries
  • Able to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to type 50+ WPM
