Job Summary
An eCommerce retailer of home products is filling a position for a Remote Home Furnishings Customer Feedback Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Quickly and thoroughly addressing customers’ feedback and concerns
- Working with customers to resolve any difficulties or complaints
- Responding to post-purchase customer reviews and surveys
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2 years of customer support, retention or escalation experience
- Comfortable diffusing negative feedback with strong resolution and positive redirection skills
- Ability to recognize and understand customer sentiment
- Experience handling a high volume of customer inquiries
- Able to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues
- Strong computer skills with the ability to type 50+ WPM
