Job Summary
An eCommerce company has an open position for a Remote Home Furnishings Sales and Marketing Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Coach existing sellers to maximize their exposure and sales on Chairish
- Use existing tools to analyze potential within the existing accounts and how to optimize their performance
- Make the listing assistance process easier and more efficient, both internally and with new sellers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience with excel analysis and retail math
- Excellent communication skills and familiarity with e-commerce
- Attention to detail and outstanding phone skills
- Experience in customer service
- Familiarity with a CRM
