Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Home Goods Brand Marketing Director in Los Angeles.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Create short-term and long-term consumer centric brand vision initiatives consistent with our mission
- Develop, implement and drive the organization’s brand marketing strategy to meet sales and profit goals
- Define and track KPIs to identify opportunities and integrate into brand plans
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8+ years in Marketing with increasing responsibility and a proven track record of success at an online retailer
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field required
- 3+ years leading and developing teams
- Demonstrated mastery of strategic marketing plans for products and full portfolios
- Passionate, creative, entrepreneurial, innovative, customer-driven content creator and amplifier
