Job Summary
A retail company has an open position for a Remote Home Goods Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer service inquiries
- Simultaneously navigating multiple software applications and technologies
- Communicating trends in customer calls to leadership as appropriate
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Successful track record working in a high-volume environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent customer-facing work experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to meet all home office and equipment requirements
