Job Summary
A technology software solutions provider is in need of a Remote Home Health and Hospice Software Implementation Project Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans
- Building organizational process definition with client
- Acting as the liaison between the client and support and development teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Approximately 10% occasional overnight travel is required for onsite client consultation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior work experience in home health, hospice, or private duty segments of healthcare
- 3-5 years of combined project management, implementation, or client support experience
- Healthcare software conversion and/or implementation experience
- Prior experience with use of Clinical Information Systems
