Job Summary

A medical benefits management solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Home Health Care Coordinator in Franklin.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Implement, evaluate, and coordinate the plan of care for all assigned patients
  • Develop care plan and other case management tools
  • Monitor delivery and utilization of care by completing member rounds with Medical Directors

Position Requirements Include:

  • Current unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
  • Minimum 5 years clinical experience with at least 3 years managed care experience
  • 2 - 4 years' experience in utilization management required.
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Experience using videoconferencing systems such as WebEx
