Job Summary

A health therapy provider is filling a position for a Remote Home Health LVN Case Manager in Inglewood.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing and communicating with a large staff of physical, occupational, and speech therapists
• Managing our home health patient census
• Providing reports to administrative staff and business owner

Qualifications Include:

• After the training period has been completed this will be a REMOTE WORK opportunity
• LVN License
• 1 year home health case manager or equivalent position experience
