Job Summary

A non-profit healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Home Health Quality Assurance Reviewer.

Must be able to:

  • Coordinate, monitor, and audit documentation and coding of home health and hospice
  • Analyze audit results
  • Identify patterns, trends or variations in coding and documentation practices

Required Skills:

  • Minimum Associate’s degree and 2 years of experience
  • 2+ years of experience conducting coding audits
  • Current maintenance of continuing education/membership
  • Minimum of one years home health or hospice coding and /or auditing experience
  • Home Health Care Coding Certification
  • Certified OASIS
