A healthcare services provider is filling a position for a Remote Home Health Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization.
- Developing local and national recruiting plans
- Employing both traditional and creative new sourcing strategies and resources
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Experience in staffing positions that match job requirements.
- A good understanding of the health care industry, the company and its competitors
- Has performed full life cycle recruiting, to include pre-closing of candidates
- Extensive experience in recruiting, HR, compliance (legal) issues, etc
