Job Summary
An online retailer of home improvement supplies is seeking a Remote Home Improvement Retail Customer Experience Representative.
Must be able to:
- Handle inbound call volume
- Handle escalations to the best of your ability
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced, service-related role
- Proven experience utilizing internal tools and resources
- Ability to type 40+ WPM for phones and 45+ for chat
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office and Google Office suites
