An online retailer of home improvement supplies is seeking a Remote Home Improvement Retail Customer Experience Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Handle inbound call volume
  • Handle escalations to the best of your ability
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced, service-related role
  • Proven experience utilizing internal tools and resources
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM for phones and 45+ for chat
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office and Google Office suites
