Job Summary

A homeowners insurance provider is filling a position for a Remote Home Insurance Customer Experience Training Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Continuously helping, updating and creating new training materials for our rapidly growing products
  • Designing and conducting new hire training for our fast-growing CX team
  • Developing and maintaining an online training portal

Required Skills:

  • Must have a strong teaching mentality and be inquisitive in nature
  • At least 3+ years of experience in developing, building, and growing an internal training and QA team with exceptional results
  • Must be able to think outside the box and pivot to solve problems
  • Must have experience developing and maintaining a knowledge base
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must have technical knowledge
