Job Summary
A financial services companies is seeking a Remote Home Lending Center Loan Officer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Prospecting home lending business to build and develop new client loan originations
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of products and services
- Keeping informed of trends and developments in the real estate market and mortgage industry
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree Business related field or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years Mortgage sales
- 1-3 years Mortgage processing experience
- 1-3 years A working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, TIL regulations, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, RESPA regulations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
