Job Summary

A home loan servicing company is in need of a Remote Home Loan CPL Business Development Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing sales representatives with education on topics such as guidelines
  • Organizing, delivering and assisting with CPL B2B presentations
  • Assisting with pricing and CPL loan structuring questions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and training
  • 5+ years of sales or operational experience
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years mortgage experience in high volume mortgage setting
  • Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of mortgage loan processing, compliance, investor products and underwriting
  • Strong organizational/time management skills with ability to multi-task
