Job Summary

A financial services provider is in need of a Remote Home Loan Processing Team Leader.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing daily workflow within the Processing team
• Setting weekly production goals with each Processor
• Serving as the primary contact for day-to-day questions

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10 years' current processing management experience
• Strong income calculation skills
• Ability to maintain a knowledge of lending guidelines
• Ability to make independent decisions regarding acceptance and risk of loans
• Demonstrated computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and electronic mail software
