Job Summary
A mortgage servicing company is seeking a Remote Home Loan Processor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as subject matter expert (SME) regarding processing policies, procedures, and technology.
- Managing multi-state loan pipeline; coordinating pipeline management with Loan Consultant
- Conducting daily review and follow-up with customers and vendors regarding outstanding items
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 3 years processing experience in high volume mortgage setting
- Experience with DU, DO and LP systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of FHA and FNMA policies and guidelines
- Working knowledge of various fraud tools
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
