Job Summary

A mortgage servicing company is seeking a Remote Home Loan Processor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Serving as subject matter expert (SME) regarding processing policies, procedures, and technology.
Managing multi-state loan pipeline; coordinating pipeline management with Loan Consultant
Conducting daily review and follow-up with customers and vendors regarding outstanding items

Position Requirements Include:

Minimum 3 years processing experience in high volume mortgage setting
Experience with DU, DO and LP systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of FHA and FNMA policies and guidelines
Working knowledge of various fraud tools
Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
