Job Summary

A mortgage lender has a current position open for a Remote Home Loan Processor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Serving as subject matter expert (SME) regarding processing policies, procedures, and technology
• Communicating to key stakeholders, including Branch Manager, Loan Consultants, and customers on status
• Reviewing HUD 1 Settlement statement for accuracy and provides to closing agent

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years processing experience in high volume mortgage settin
• Experience with DU, DO and LP system
• Knowledge of FHA and FNMA policies and guidelines
