Job Summary

A lending company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Home Mortgage Account Executive in Los Angeles.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Performing initial contact to prospect new mortgage brokers/bankers
• Collaborating with loan operations team to manage active pipeline
• Assisting clients with lock reconciliation, extensions and exceptions

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel to conduct large group presentations at broker offices
• 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of experience in sales and/or real estate
• 2+ years of mortgage sales, including Government and Conventional products
• Working knowledge of investor guidelines, underwriting policies and loan products
• Knowledge of local real estate market
