Job Summary
A commercial bank holding company is in need of a Remote Home Mortgage Business Improvement Managing Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing multiple business improvement consulting engagements
- Developing specific and measurable improvement targets
- Developing and mentoring staff
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience with process improvement methodologies including Lean/Six Sigma, Lean Transformation, etc
- Experience with continuous improvement and business transformation tools and methodologies
- Ability to lead, develop and coach business improvement consulting teams
- Experience in using team development tools and methodologies including MBTI, DiSC
- Experience with business process management and workflow technologies
- Experience in the financial services industry across multiple business domains
