Job Summary

A commercial bank holding company is in need of a Remote Home Mortgage Business Improvement Managing Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing multiple business improvement consulting engagements
  • Developing specific and measurable improvement targets
  • Developing and mentoring staff

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies including Lean/Six Sigma, Lean Transformation, etc
  • Experience with continuous improvement and business transformation tools and methodologies
  • Ability to lead, develop and coach business improvement consulting teams
  • Experience in using team development tools and methodologies including MBTI, DiSC
  • Experience with business process management and workflow technologies
  • Experience in the financial services industry across multiple business domains
