Core Responsibilities Include:
- Making sound decisions on loans regarding the creditworthiness of borrowers
- Managing and monitoring the daily workflow of your files
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 4 years' current conventional and government underwriting experience
- Have underwritten for these states: NV, CA, CO, AZ, and WA
- Familiarity with Bond Loans Familiarity with USDA Builder experience
- At least four years' experience underwriting
