Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Home Mortgage Underwriting Correspondent Senior Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Underwriting loans to all applicable guidelines
  • Underwriting a minimum of 4 to 5 loans per day
  • Utilizing automated underwriting systems

Required Skills:

  • 3 to 5 years Underwriting experience
  • Current of all Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and VA guidelines
  • Proficient in DU and LPA automated underwriting systems
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Extremely organized with attention to detail
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
