Job Summary
A bank has a current position open for a Remote Home Mortgage Vendor Management Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and maintaining effective partner relationships with strategic vendors
- Reviewing vendor program changes and spearhead tactical internal teams
- Becoming the principal liaison between the vendor and internal groups
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel to Glen Allen, Virginia and to assigned vendors as required
- 3+ years Financial services/Vendor Management/Case Load Management
- Ability to make sound decisions and implement actions
- Superior customer service orientation, advanced analytical and proficient product knowledge
- Superior ability to multi-task and to function efficiently
- Solid knowledge MS Excel
