Job Summary
A corporate real estate services company has a current position open for a Remote Home Onboarding Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the daily activities of internal team members and third parties who will inspect and stage each new home
- Communicate and coordinate with owners, the staging team, the warehouse team, and other members of the operations team to ensure the schedule for each property is up to date at any given moment
- Manage the schedule of over fifty tasks including, but not limited to: inspections, property fixes, staging, and utility transfers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proven incredibly well-organized individual who is able to arrange complex and detailed information with ease
- Demonstrated strong communicator who is able to ensure all stakeholders have and comprehend all relevant information
- Ownership mentality and someone who will own their part of the problem when plans derail
- Process-oriented person who can build, document, and execute efficient processes for complex workflows
- 2-4 years of operations experience
- Ability to collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and resolve maintenance issues that may come up during the onboarding process
