Job Summary
A multi-channel retailer of specialty home products is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Home Products Customer Service Agent in Las Vegas.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Address customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
- Provide product information
- Successfully negotiate and appease customers using a variety of methods
Required Skills:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 – 2 years previous customer service experience
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
