Job Summary

A multi-channel retailer of specialty home products is seeking a Remote Home Products Customer Service Agent in Tampa.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Taking calls to assist home products retail customers
  • Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
  • Providing product information and review alternative solutions if an item is out of stock

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 – 2 years previous customer service experience
  • Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
  • Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written
  • Capable data entry skills
