Job Summary
A multi-channel retailer of specialty home products is seeking a Remote Home Products Customer Service Agent in Tampa.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Taking calls to assist home products retail customers
- Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
- Providing product information and review alternative solutions if an item is out of stock
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 – 2 years previous customer service experience
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written
- Capable data entry skills
