Job Summary
A retail chain has a current position open for a Remote Home Products Customer Service Associate in Raleigh.
Must be able to:
- Address customer questions and concerns
- Successfully negotiate and appease customers
- Check inventory, process returns, and issue replacements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must come to the Care Center for meetings and training
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems and internet pages
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have desktop computer or laptop with high speed internet along with web camera
