Job Summary

A retail chain has a current position open for a Remote Home Products Customer Service Associate in Raleigh.

Must be able to:

  • Address customer questions and concerns
  • Successfully negotiate and appease customers
  • Check inventory, process returns, and issue replacements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must come to the Care Center for meetings and training
  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems and internet pages
  • Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have desktop computer or laptop with high speed internet along with web camera
