A multi-channel retailer of specialty home products is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Home Products Customer Service Representative in Austin.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Taking calls to assist customers with placing orders and facilitating returns
- Providing product information
- Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 – 2 years previous customer service experience
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
