Job Summary
A multi-channel retailer of specialty home products is seeking a Remote Home Products Retail Customer Service Agent in Tallahassee.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
- Providing product information, reviewing alternative solutions if an item is out of stock and placing orders for the customer.
- Checking inventory, process returns, issue replacements and credits for damaged or defective merchandise
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 – 2 years previous customer service experience
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
