A home remodeling company has a current position open for a Remote Home Remodeling User Experience Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reporting to the Head of User Experience
- Understanding the importance of a design system and how it powers the business
- Recruiting, mentoring, and developing strong experience design and design system teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Information Architecture, HCI, or related field / equivalent work experience
- 10+ years related work experience
- 2+ years of design management experience or in a leadership role
- A portfolio of work demonstrating design abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional organization
- Strong analytical and technical skills
