A residential real estate investment company has an open position for a Remote Home Sales and Acquisitions Director in Fort Lauderdale.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Hiring, coaching and managing sales reps to negotiate acquisitions and dispositions
- Training reps to value properties and analyze comps
- Managing the sales and closing process of homes
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 5+ years of Real Estate sales management
- Record of consistently ranking in the top 10% of sales staff in previous sales jobs
- Great communication
- Great computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
