Job Summary
A security and home automation company is in need of a Remote Home Security Customer Service Retention Representative in Wichita.
Must be able to:
- Answer incoming calls about our products and services
- Retain customers by problem solving
- Review all contacts for accuracy
Qualifications for this position include:
- Paid virtual training – some in-person attendance may be required
- Experience in sales or retention
- Ability to deescalate customer calls
- The ability to work with multiple screens and programs open
- High school diploma, GED, college degree or some college
- 2 years customer retention experience
