Job Summary

A security and home automation company is in need of a Remote Home Security Customer Service Retention Representative in Wichita.

Must be able to:

  • Answer incoming calls about our products and services
  • Retain customers by problem solving
  • Review all contacts for accuracy

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Paid virtual training – some in-person attendance may be required
  • Experience in sales or retention
  • Ability to deescalate customer calls
  • The ability to work with multiple screens and programs open
  • High school diploma, GED, college degree or some college
  • 2 years customer retention experience
