Job Summary
A business service provider for trade businesses has a current position open for a Remote Home Services Customer Service Call Center Representative in Sun City Center.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be the "voice" of each business that you represent
- Take inbound phone calls from current and prospective customers of our clients
- Ask basic questions to understand each customer's needs
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Able to handle high call volume
- Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door
- Ability to type 30+ WPM
