Job Summary

A business service provider for trade businesses has a current position open for a Remote Home Services Customer Service Call Center Representative in Sun City Center.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Be the "voice" of each business that you represent
  • Take inbound phone calls from current and prospective customers of our clients
  • Ask basic questions to understand each customer's needs

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Able to handle high call volume
  • Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door
  • Ability to type 30+ WPM
