Job Summary
A community service provider has an open position for a Remote Home Services Operations Vice President in Irving.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting the President in the development, operation and promotion of the Company’s business and brand
- Assisting the President in the execution of short term and long-range plans and budgets for the concept based on corporate goals
- Establishing operating policies consistent with broad policies and objectives of the Company and ensure their execution.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) for a four-year college or university
- A minimum of five (10) plus years of in Operations, preferably in a franchise and/or retail environment required
- Demonstrated experience leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members to achieve established goals
- Excellent people and influencing skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team and navigate matrixed relationships
