Job Summary

A home warranty and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Home Warranty Customer Service Authorizer Representative in Tempe.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Interpreting contracts and coverage for inquiries from customers, technicians, and contractors
  • Working across departments and utilize multiple resources to effectively resolve inquiries
  • Approving initial diagnosis of issues reported by customers Authorizing repair or replacement of systems

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Solid computer skills including having worked with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to effectively interpret home warranty plans, contract coverage, etc
  • Ability to solve problems and explain solutions
  • Ability to de-escalate upset or frustrated customers
