Job Summary

A home warranty provider is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Verify contract information and initiate claims based on client specific terms
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical products
  • Assist customers with other service contract

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • At least six months of related experience
  • Ability to work full time with a 40-hour work week
