Job Summary
A home warranty provider is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Verify contract information and initiate claims based on client specific terms
- Perform basic troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical products
- Assist customers with other service contract
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- At least six months of related experience
- Ability to work full time with a 40-hour work week
