Job Summary

A home warranty company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Home Warranty Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping ensure customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues/questions related to service, billing or other matters
  • Documenting customer information and call history information accurately for future reference
  • Processing orders for new services requested

Qualifications Include:

  • Having a high school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills including having worked with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to type 25+ words per minute
