Job Summary
A home warranty and services company has a current position open for a Remote Home Warranty Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Approve initial diagnosis of issues reported by customers
- Authorize repair or replacement of systems or appliances covered by the plan
- Negotiate pricing with contractors
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with HVAC and other mechanical systems
- Ability to effectively interpret home warranty plans and contract coverage
- Solid computer skills including having worked with Microsoft Office products
