Job Summary

A home warranty and services company is seeking a Remote Home Warranty Customer Service Representative and Authorizer in Chandler.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Approving initial diagnosis of issues reported by customers
  • Negotiating pricing with contractors
  • Authorizing repair (or replacement) of systems or appliances covered by the plan

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Able to effectively interpret home warranty plans, contract coverage, etc
  • Are good at solving problems and explaining solutions
  • You excel at de-escalating upset or frustrated customers
  • Have solid computer skills including having worked with Microsoft Office products
