Job Summary
A home warranty and services company has an open position for a Remote Home Warranty Customer Service Representative and Authorizer in Scottsdale.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Approving initial diagnosis of issues reported by customers
- Authorizing repair (or replacement) of systems or appliances covered by the plan
- Negotiating pricing with contractors
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to effectively interpret home warranty plans, contract coverage, etc
- You enjoy engaging with customers and providing quality service
- You have solid computer skills including having worked with Microsoft Office products
- You are effective at conflict resolution
