Job Summary
An insurance services company is filling a position for a Remote Home Warranty Inside Sales Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Selling Home Warranty Products and Services via Outbound phone calls, email and online chat mediums
- Meeting daily activity metrics such as dials/hour, contacts/hour, close rate and unit attainment
- Achieving established monthly goals including units, close rate, and upsell metrics
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 2 year of proven sales experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Problem solving and critical thinking
- Great team player skills and experience with mentoring others
- High School Diploma or GED
