Job Summary

An insurance services company is filling a position for a Remote Home Warranty Inside Sales Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Selling Home Warranty Products and Services via Outbound phone calls, email and online chat mediums
  • Meeting daily activity metrics such as dials/hour, contacts/hour, close rate and unit attainment
  • Achieving established monthly goals including units, close rate, and upsell metrics

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • At least 2 year of proven sales experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Problem solving and critical thinking
  • Great team player skills and experience with mentoring others
  • High School Diploma or GED
