Job Summary
A climate technology company has an open position for a Remote Home Weatherization and Energy Billing Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a team of Billing Specialists
- Owning oversight of the data sources used to generate bills, with a focus on data integrity
- Troubleshooting issues arising from complicated utility invoices
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4+ years of experience in data operations or similarly data-oriented role
- 2+ years managing a growing team
- Self-starter with an ownership mentality and a penchant for process improvement
- Service-oriented approach to both our customers and internal team members
- Experience in the energy industry
- Experience working with utility bill data
