A real estate broker has an open position for a Remote Homebuyer Sales Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Managing deal operations, drafting and sending contracts
Tracking inspection timelines and valuation turnaround for quick transaction approval
Uploading and organizing documentation for Cash Close transactions in Google Drive

Qualifications for this position include:

1-3 years of relevant experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and Docusign
Previous experience as a sales specialist or in a sales support function
Excellent organizational skills
Relentless focus on customer service
