Job Summary
We are a home care agency franchise based in NYC focused on providing in home care for seniors through home health aides.
We operate Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm with our full staff.
We need assistance after these hours and weekends to support (i) scheduling (ii) client issues (iii) making sure people arrive on shifts on time (iv) troubleshooting problems (v) reviewing care plan reviews
We currently have one person to do:
3 Overnights: Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 4:30p-9:30am (the following mornings)
1 twenty four hour (24) shift: Sundays from 9:30am to Monday 9:30am
We are looking for a second person to do the following (this job posting is for this position):
1) Mondays and Tuesdays 4:30pm-9:30am (thru the following mornings): to be on call in case there are issues, to monitor to make sure all shifts are arriving on time, etc.
2) Thursdays 2pm to 9pm (to confirm schedules with caregivers),
3) Saturdays 9:30am to Sundays 9:30am: same as #1 above
