A telephone triage service provider is filling a position for a Remote Hospice Registered Nurse in Brentwood.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Improving the experience for our customer’s patients
Providing quality care

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Must attend any in-services, additional training on an as needed basis
3+ years of home hospice experience
Must have RN license; this team requires a compact/multi-state license
Able to communicate with patients and families with empathy while also maintaining adherence to client protocols
Must be comfortable with technology and accessing EMRs remotely to perform documentation
