Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage LPN PT Weekend Nurse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide after-hours nurse triage for hospice and home health providers
- Utilize client-customized protocols for patient-centered, compassionate care
- Manage after-hours care delivery and support clients' nursing staff
Required Qualifications:
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license
- Experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care, or fast-paced environments
- Comfortable with technology applications and fast-paced typing
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a bonus
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background checks
