Remote Hospice Triage RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN for part-time evening shifts and rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours triage support for hospice and home health patients
• Utilize technology and EMRs for charting and documentation during calls
• Communicate empathetically with patients while adhering to established protocols

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is strongly preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced environment such as ED, surgical services, or critical care
• Ability to complete three weeks of remote paid training
• Must be available to work every other weekend and some holidays
