A hospitality company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Manager in Las Vegas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Achieving defined sales targets, assists in personnel selection and development and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Adhering to and administering sales policies and guidelines by representing the company in an ethical, moral and professional manner
- Training, evaluating, and monitoring the performance goals of direct reports
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel within the home site’s area
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to collaborate with the Site Trainer in facilitating initial and ongoing training
- Ability to recruit future sales associates
- Ability to deliver group sales presentations
- Ability to maintain production standards
