Job Summary
A medical billing service needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Hospital Claim Information Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound calls
- Pursue and obtain information needed for team members to overturn claim denials
- Act as an intermediary between a patient/consumer and a third party payer
Qualifications Include:
- 1 years’ experience working for a hospital, physician practice or payer, or customer service position
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret an extensive variety of documents
